This robust Microsoft Windows based solution addresses virtually every aspect of the
HIPAA 837 Professional claim transaction including COB and the new certifications that are required for Ambulance, Spinal Manipulation, Vision claims and the necessary Supplemental Paperwork certifications that are required for quite a few provider specialties.
Claim Import Processors are currently available for the following more popular Practice Management Systems: AdvancedMD, AltaPoint, Chiro7000, CompuMed, Eclipse, EZOffice, Gemms, IDX Systems, IslandMed, Keane, Lytec, Management Sciences, Medical Manager, MedBil, MediSoft, OfficeMate, Pepware, PracticeMaker, Raintree, Therapist Helper.
Other Import Processors are currently under development for additional Practice Management Systems and custom Import Processors can be developed for virtually any PMS upon request.
Builds HIPAA compliant 837 Professional claims for submission to over 1000 Payers including virtually all Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS and commercial plans, usually at no per-claim cost to you if you use one of the "transmission intermediaries" that we recommend.
